The connotation of Quality policy

The necessary operating income and long-term customer trust is based on the Customer-oriented concept. It is also the basis to compete with other competitors.

Customer development will be the formation of further requirements, and meet these requirements by organizing resources are the fundamental of the company's development.

The environment is the fundamental for the company and customers to achieve sustainable development. Environment protection is the premise for company's sustainable operation.

Quality objectives

Product performance reaches the international advanced level of similar products; Average Outgoing Quality (AOQ) below the 30PPM;

Response time should be less than 24 hours once receive the request or complain of the customer's service requirement, processing within five working days with the completion 80% rate over, 100% response rate, and the results must achieve customer satisfaction;

Products and services provided must satisfy the customers, customer satisfaction rate should surpass 99%; satisfaction survey response rate should be 100%;

Modules and plastic circuit products must be in line with RoHS requirements;

Products sold must in line with HSF requirements to meet commitments to customers, events that not meet the HSF requirements must be zero.
